It is enough now!! The current dive equipment (Cressi) does not meet our standards. We will be upgrading all equipment within the center. This change will be implemented immediately.
Experience in eight years: Jackets where the inflator elbow simply breaks off!!! The retainer plastic falls out as if it was cut! Tarnished and therefore no longer readable pressure gauges, fin straps that constantly tear and the absolutely stupid pin that can be lost so easily that the entire holder can be lost. Masks break as if they cost nothing. And even 3-year-old diving computers from Cressi Leonardo no longer work - after changing the battery, no information is left on the display!
Diving suits do not correspond to the specified size or are cut far too tight. Simply not suitable for Europeans.
Cressi regulators come back to us defective from their annual service and some had to be sent back for service.
This is simply a “NO GO” if you know what they charge for their equipment when selling it. NEVER AGAIN CRESSI.
When asked by CRESSI Philippines: “It cannot be repaired”. Upon request from CRESSI Italy you will only receive the guarantee conditions by email. Not even the question of what happened. NOTHING. Our intention was simply to find out whether spare parts could be purchased and the BCDs repaired. Oh well. Unfriendly and unprofessional – that’s CRESSI.
We cannot recommend CRESSI to you in the slightest. If you want to enjoy your diving equipment for a long time, choose other providers. We own personal equipment that is twice as old, looks new and works perfectly. So there are manufacturers who sell quality. CRESSI DOES NOT DO THAT! Furthermore, we are simply disappointed with how CRESSI and all service stations are handling this case - not at all!
