Kawayan Holiday Resort is committed to environmental sustainability. In June 2019, we took another significant step by introducing reef-safe, plastic-free sunscreen bars. These bars, made with cocoa butter, offer effective sun protection while also moisturizing the skin.
Our resort was a pioneer in the Philippines, implementing a ban on non-environmentally friendly sunscreens near the pool and ocean in March 2019. This decision was inspired by similar initiatives in Hawaii, Palau, and Australia
